Returns can be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of your purchase for all products purchased from the SAXX website, except for products that are considered FINAL SALE.
Product must be unworn and unwashed, with the hang tags attached (if applicable), in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Accepted returns will receive a refund to the original method of payment used for the purchase or can be returned for SAXX website credit.
If this is your first purchase of underwear, SAXX provides a First Pair Guarantee.
All shipping costs, duties/import taxes and any other associated fees are non-refundable.
